What is a LOVe Lab Experiment?
A curated two- to five-day relationship experience created around your preferences, with activities and moments designed for connection.
How long does it take?
Your experiment is delivered within 48 hours after the needed information is complete.
Can I purchase one as a gift?
Yes. You can choose the gift option and we’ll guide you through sharing the experience with its recipients.
Is this therapy or a substitute for counseling?
No. LOVe Lab experiences are created for connection, play, and communication; they are not clinical care or a substitute for professional counseling.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You may cancel your LOVe Lab purchase for a full refund any time before you submit your completed Chemistry Profile. When you check “Yes, we’re ready for our LOVe Lab to be created” and select “Send our Chemistry Profile,” you authorize us to begin creating your custom Lab. At that point, the purchase becomes nonrefundable. See our Terms of Purchase for complete details.
What if I would like something changed after my Lab is delivered?
Your LOVe Lab includes one complimentary revision request. Please send all requested adjustments together within 48 hours of delivery. Revised materials will be returned within an additional 24 hours. Corrections to errors or broken links are always handled separately and do not count as your complimentary revision. A major change that contradicts the information provided in your Chemistry Profile or effectively requires a new Lab is not included.
