This notice explains what information LOVe Lab Experiments collects through this website, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information you choose to provide
We collect the information you submit when you contact us, request a free date night, ask for updates about a future product, purchase a LOVe Lab, or complete a Chemistry Profile or Solo Lab Profile. Depending on what you use, this may include your name, email address, phone number, location, relationship or personal preferences, schedule, dietary and accessibility needs, and the other answers you choose to share.
Purchases
Purchases are completed through Stripe’s hosted checkout. Stripe processes your payment information under its own privacy terms. LOVe Lab Experiments does not receive or store your full payment-card number through this website.
Drafts and basic website information
The Solo Lab Profile may save an unfinished draft in your browser so you can continue later. When private draft backup is active, the draft is also stored in our protected systems. Our hosting provider may process basic technical information, such as request logs, browser or device information, IP address, and security events, to deliver and protect the site.
How we use information
We use information to provide the experience or response you requested, personalize and deliver LOVe Labs, communicate about a purchase or submission, maintain our private review workflow, prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions, improve site reliability, and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations.
How information is shared
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the website and fulfill requests, such as hosting, database, email-delivery, and payment providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the site, our customers, or our rights. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.
How long information is kept
Your private LOVe Lab website remains available for 90 days after delivery. Your matching PDF may be saved for your personal use. We retain your completed Profile and associated customer record for three years unless you request earlier deletion. Some purchase or transaction information may still need to be retained when required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. An unfinished draft stored only in your browser remains there until it is submitted, cleared, or removed through your browser settings.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you provided to us. Some information may need to be retained for purchases, legal obligations, fraud prevention, or an active service request. You may also ask us to stop sending product-update emails.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect the information entrusted to us. No website or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
LOVe Lab services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new effective date.
